An old family recipe, "SLAP YA MAMA" Cajun Etouffee Sauce Mix can be used to create an authentic Cajun meal in about 15-20 minutes. Add shrimp, chicken or crawfish to the sauce mix in a 4 quart pot, with 1/2 to 1 jar of water, and in no time you have a meal that feeds approximately five! To obtain a meatier taste use 2 lbs of seafood or chicken. Serve over rice or pasta.
